Dairy Economics Session Aug. 16-18, Modesto
An intensive three-day session on dairy industry economics was held for members of the California Dairy Leaders Class III Aug. 16-18, 2004 in Modesto. Speakers discussed the role of quota in the California system, pooling mechanics, retail pricing of dairy products, risk management and out-of-state threats to the California system.
