The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control will hold a public meeting on July 18 at 1 p.m. at its Fresno office to discuss the progress of the Central Valley Dairy Representative Monitoring Program and hear verbal comments regarding the draft Phase 2 Monitoring and Reporting Workplan and Monitoring Well Installation and Sampling Plan.  The water board conditionally approved the Phase 1 Monitoring and Reporting Workplan and Monitoring Well Installation and Sampling Plan in September 2011 as an alternative to installing groundwater monitoring wells on an individual basis.
